Terms and Conditions

All goods are subjected to the terms and conditions listed below.

General Terms & Conditions

• All goods are subjected to availability and quoted conditions.
• All Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
• All goods are supplied at the price ruling at the date of the dispatch and /or pegged on specified terms as quoted otherwise.
• No goods are supplied upon on approval , verbal agreement on sale or return.

Payment Terms

1. Monthly Credit Accounts (for Singapore only)
   
   • Monthly account order can be accepted from companies and organization including government departments, schools and other educational establishment with standing account.
   • Account acceptance are subjected to our specified terms.
2. Credit Card (Worldwide)
   
   • Payment via Credit card from VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
3. Cash, Nets, Bank Cheque (for Singapore only)
   
   • Payment via Singapore dollars Cash, Nets and Cheque from Banks registered in Singapore.
4. Telegraphic Transfers (TT) / Wire transfer (Worldwide)
   
   • Payment via TT is accepted. All additional bank charges and fees are to be bore by the buyer or customer. Example, Transfer Amount below USD$3000 there is a Bank charges of USD$20.

Local Delivery Terms

• Estimated delivery time will be advised accordingly. We will not be responsible whatsoever for delays in execution of any orders or delays in the goods delivery.
• If not specified, dispatch by letter post , parcel post or carriage is at the discretion of our company.
• If not specified, dispatch by any third party freight transportation firms is at the discretion of our company.
• If delivery cost incurs , we will advise accordingly. Additional Costs on specified delivery method are to be bore by the customer.
• Our company will not be liable in any damages or losses during the period of delivery or once goods sent/shipped/dispatch out of our doors.

Worldwide Delivery Terms

• We ship and deliver our goods to your door at any parts of the world supported by FEDEX & UPS subjected to their export terms.
• Estimated delivery time will be advised accordingly. We will not be responsible whatsoever for delays in execution of any orders or delays in the goods delivery.
• If not specified, dispatch by letter post , parcel post or carriage are at the discretion of our company.
• If not specified, dispatch by any third party freight transportation firms are at the discretion of our company.
• Delivery costs will be advised and quoted accordingly from the third party freight transportation firm. Additional Costs on Delivery are to be bore by the customer.
• Our company will not be liable in any damages or losses during the period of delivery or once goods sent/shipped/dispatch out of our doors.

Sale at counter / Non Delivery Terms

• Here are the terms for customer who purchase at counter and/ or self collect in person or by third party where delivery is not initialed by our company.
• We will not hold any responsibilities for alleged shortage of goods, damage or discrepancy once sold or self-collected.
• Goods sold are non-returnable , neither exchangeable nor refundable unless goods are (1) damaged or faulty due to manufacturer fault. and /or (2) incorrect goods deliver by us.
• We reserve our rights to reject any goods return , exchange , refund or any unfair conditions demanded by customer.

Limitation of Liability

• We will not responsible nor liable to any damages or losses to/on any third party items such as computers, electronics or electrical devices that is connected to our goods. Using any of our products is at the sole discretion of the user. User is responsible for the correct connection and proper use of our products when connected to their third party products or its own belongings.

Warranty Claims

• Our limited warranty only covers the correction of defects in materials and the workmanship.
• Our warranty does not cover any add-on hardware, peripherals, consumable items, software, accessories, any add-on items that come with the main unit.
• All goods except for goods indicated in the "Non Claimables" are under 30 days of warranty claims. (warranty days include public holidays , Saturday and Sunday)
• Extended Warranty period of more than 30 days will be indicated on the official invoice or receipt issued by our company.
• Claims will not be accepted or will be rejected upon the conditions:
  
  1. No showing of original invoice or receipt,
  2. Dismantle of the goods where user inflicted fault is possible,
  3. No Claims on wear and tear parts,
  4. Incorrect connection or use where user inflicted fault is possible,
  5. No claims will be processed or committed via Telephone or mails. (mainly for local sales)
• We reserve the rights to exchange, refund or repair at our discretion for any warranty claims awarded.
• Unless otherwise indicated, warranty are awarded strictly to the main working parts , enclosure and any wear and tear parts are not entitled to warranty claim.
• If Non Claimables goods if defective, 1 to 1 exchange of the goods within 30 days of the invoice or receipt. Examples are power AC to DC adapter, power DC to DC converter, DC to AC inverter etc. Not applicable to cables , connectors , any assemblies , adaptor plugs and computer accessories.
• For warranty claim on International sales order and any claims not stated here, please contact us for details.

Exchange Claims

• All non-consumable / Non Claimables goods if still good in original sale condition are exchangeable subjected to the conditions:
  
  1. Exchangeable in the original make and packing only, packing must still in sealed condition,
  2. No loss or damage parts whatsoever on the goods,
  3. Return goods In good condition, no used marks or color fading,
  4. and bide by the following terms also
     
     1. Showing of original receipt or invoice, (b) 1 to 1 exchange of the goods within 7 days of the invoice or receipt. Not applicable on spendable / consumable accessories.
• We reserve the rights to award exchange claim at our discretion.

Refund Claims

• Goods sold are strictly non- refundable unless the stated conditions :
  
  1. Within 7 days from the purchase date specified/indicated in the Sales receipt or Invoice , and/or
  2. We are unable to supply the specified goods as agree upon sales confirmation.
  3. Return goods In good condition, no used marks or color fading,
  4. Showing of original receipt or invoice,
• Strictly no refund for Worldwide/ Overseas Sales.
• For any eligible claims awarded, We reserve the rights to refund partial amount value or original amount value depending on the condition of the returning goods.
• We reserve the rights to award refund claim at our discretion.

Non Claimables

• Here is the list of Spendable/Consumable goods that does not warrant any our warranty , No exchange and refund claim. Spendable / Consumable goods, ie Liquid cleaner.
• Here is the list of goods that does not warrant for our warranty of 30 days exchange claim and refund claim. Cables , Connectors , Wiring and cable Assemblies , Adaptor plugs and Computer accessories Computer accessories ,ie mouse pads, LCD film.

Specification and Availability of goods

• Every effort is made to ensure correct and accurate descriptions are quoted to our customer, however, our company will not hold any responsibilities nor liable to losses whatsoever for the errors and causes due to the specification description.
• All goods on offer are subjected to availability; any delays or changes will be advised accordingly. Our company will no hold any responsibilities nor liable to losses whatsoever for the errors and causes due to delays and changes.

Quotation, Trade and Export

• We accept and welcome enquires from worldwide and all sources for quotation.
• Unless otherwise stated, all prices for merchandise are ex works/ex factory. Prices at ex works/ex factory means that price exclude extra costs that involved in processing payment, shipping and/or delivering the order out of our door. In other words, which are NOT part of the equipment cost. Typical extra costs for examples are inland freight, forwarding, handling, insurance (if required), banking, air or ocean freight.
  
  1. Inland Freight: Transportation charges from factory to consolidator/port.
  2. Forwarding: Fee for consolidation of merchandise, Certificate of Origin.
  3. Handling: Fee for courier, documentation.
  4. Banking Fee: Nominal fee for banking charges; varies depending on form of payment.
  5. Insurance: If seller insures shipment for full value of merchandise.
  6. Air/Ocean Freight: Fee for transportation from consolidator/port to destination/port - specified on pro forma.
